Nexagriddigital provides web development, SEO, social media management, e-commerce management, video editing, graphic designing, and marketplace management services. The specific scope for each client is defined in a written agreement or proposal.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information needed for project execution
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
• Ensure all materials shared (logos, images, content) are owned or licensed by you
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule

Delays due to late client feedback may result in project timeline adjustments without additional liability to Nexagriddigital.

3. Payment Terms

• Minimum 50% advance payment is required before any project begins
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion or per agreed milestones
• Monthly retainer services are billed at the start of each month
• Late payments beyond 15 days may attract a 2% monthly late fee
• Nexagriddigital reserves the right to pause services for non-payment

4. Intellectual Property

• All original work created for a client becomes client property upon full payment
• Nexagriddigital retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless client requests otherwise in writing
• Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their own licenses

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during a project. This obligation continues for 2 years after the engagement ends.

6. Revisions & Scope Changes

• Each project includes revision rounds as specified in the proposal
• Additional revisions or scope changes will be quoted and billed separately
• All scope changes require written approval from both parties before work begins

7. Results Disclaimer

Nexagriddigital applies proven strategies and best practices but does not guarantee specific outcomes such as particular search rankings, sales figures, or ad performance metrics. Results depend on multiple factors including market conditions and competition.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Work completed to date will be invoiced and is payable. Client-owned assets will be returned.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, India.
