Refund and Cancellation Policy
Overview
At NexaGrid Digital, we are committed to delivering excellent work and client satisfaction. Due to the nature of digital services — where time, creativity, and resources are invested from day one — our refund policy is as follows:
1. Advance Payments
The advance payment (minimum 50%) collected before project commencement is non-refundable. This covers initial planning, research, and resource allocation.
2. Milestone-Based Projects
- Payments for approved milestones are non-refundable
- If a project is cancelled before a new milestone begins, only completed work is charged
- Any overpayment beyond delivered work will be refunded within 14 business days
3. Monthly Retainer Services
- Retainers must be cancelled with 30 days written notice
- No refunds for a retainer month that has already commenced
- The next month will not be charged if notice is given on time
4. Eligible Refund Situations
- NexaGrid Digital fails to begin work within the agreed timeline without notice
- A technical error results in a duplicate payment
- A service is cancelled by NexaGrid Digital before commencement
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after work has commenced
- Dissatisfaction due to incorrect information or delays caused by the client
- Results not matching subjective expectations (design preferences, ranking timelines)
- Third-party costs — ad spend, domain, hosting, stock assets
6. How to Request a Refund
Email us at info.nexagriddigital@gmail.com with your full name, project details, invoice number, and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 5–7 business days.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or card).
